I am a licensed school psychologist in my 25th year of practice. Having worked in CCS since 2002, I am fortunate to have supported all age and grade levels PK - 12th grade. This year, I serve students and staff at Central Cabarrus HS, JN Fries MS, and West Cabarrus HS. My professional interests include mental health and wellness, neuropsychology, executive functioning, and traumatic brain injury (TBI). I am credentialed through North Carolina DPI as an Approved Provider for students with TBI and have served on the NC DPI School-Based Practice Advisory Council for TBI since its inception in 2015. The most fulfilling aspect of my job is working directly with students! Listening to them, helping them understand themselves, supporting them as they learn new skills, and advocating for them are my greatest professional joys.
