A few reminders to make sure your work orders are handled in a timely manner:
If you have an EMERGENCY, please call the Facility Manager for your site and then submit a work order. Do not use the status of EMERGENCY without making a phone call. Please know that work order turn around times may vary a bit due to staffing but the targeted turn around times are:
Emergency-Same Day
High 1-3 days
Medium 3-7 days
Low 7-15
To request your HVAC to stay on past the normal schedule-- Use Scheduling of Building Automation. Do NOT use HVAC or Miscellaneous. Scheduling of Building Automation directly routes to the person who changes the schedule. Choosing another category may delay your request. Please make these requests well in advance. A last-minute call on the weekend or late at night is something we'd like to avoid.
Whenever possible, choose a work category instead of Miscellaneous. By choosing a category, it will be routed directly to a department. For example, sending a work order stating that you need a new window blind to carpentry will get to a technician faster than choosing miscellaneous.
