Our staff of 80+ is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of Kannapolis City and Cabarrus County Schools. There are 59 school buildings and grounds, administration buildings and a transportation facility.  We maintain approximately 7 million square feet and over 2,500 acres! 
 
We are responsible for the following maintenance and logistics needs:  HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, locksmiths, grounds keeping, custodial services, garbage/recycling service, and energy management.
