Cabarrus County Elementary Schools
There are 22 elementary schools in Cabarrus County offering a variety of programs:
- IB Primary Years Programme at Weddington Hills Elementary School and WM Irvin Elementary School.
- STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) programs at Coltrane-Webb Elementary School, R. Brown McAllister Elementary School, Winecoff Elementary School, Beverly Hills Elementary School, and Patriots Elementary School (home school students only).
- Fine Arts program at Royal Oaks Elementary School.
- Spanish Dual Language Immersion is available at Carl A. Furr Elementary School, Rocky River Elementary School, Wolf Meadow Elementary School, Winecoff Elementary School, and Weddington Hills Elementary School.
- Mandarin Dual Language Immersion is available at Cox Mill Elementary School and Harrisburg Elementary School.
- Balanced Calendar is offered at Wolf Meadow Elementary School.
Cabarrus County Schools also provides PreK programs at the Mary Frances Wall Center, Irvin Elementary School, Rocky River Elementary School, Carl A. Furr Elementary School, and Winecoff Elementary School. Our PreK programs use the Creative Curriculum Framework to provide students with developmentally appropriate learning experiences.
