We offer services to students with special dietary needs.  If your child has diabetic needs or requires a special diet for another medical condition, please download and read the Special Diet Order Letter and Form.

Students that request meal substitutions must have a current Diet Order form on file.  The forms must be completed and signed by a licensed physician and parent/guardian.

To ensure we maintain accurate information; a new Diet Order form will be required each school year. We ask that new Diet Orders be submitted no later than October 1st.
