Community Immunization Clinics

Is your child a rising Kindergartener, 7th or 12th grader who needs immunizations to comply with state law for next school year? If so, the Cabarrus Health Alliance is holding school immunization clinics on our Community Mobile Clinic to provide these vaccines. Walk-ins only.

Tuesday, August 1st 2pm-6pm @ Bethel Elementary School (2425 Midland Road, Midland, NC 28107)

Saturday, August 5th 9am-1pm @ A L Brown High School (415 Martin Luther King Jr. Ave., Kannapolis, NC 28083)

Saturday, August 12th 9am-1pm @ Winecoff Elementary School (375 Winecoff School Rd., Concord, NC 28027)

Wednesday, August 16th 4-7pm @ Boys and Girls Club (247 Spring St. NW, Concord, NC 28025)

Thursday, August 17th 2-6pm @ Forest Hill United Methodist Church (405 Kerr St., Concord, NC 28025)

Saturday, August 19th 9am-1pm @ First Baptist Missionary Church (59 Chestnut Dr. SW, Concord, NC 28025)

Thursday, August 24th 2:45-6pm @ A T Allen Elementary School (3939 Abilene Rd., Concord, NC 28025)

Saturday, August 26th 9am-1pm @ Forest Park Elementary School (1333 Forest Park Dr., Kannapolis, NC 28083)

Wednesday, August 30th 4-6pm @ Carolina International School (9545 Poplar Tent Rd., Concord, NC 28027)

 

Cost: Free for those who are uninsured or have Medicaid (state supplied vaccine).

· Cabarrus Health Alliance will file an insurance claim for the following: Blue Cross Blue Shield (most plans), Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare Well Path, Med Cost, Ambetter, and Bright Health

· If CHA does not participate with your child’s insurance plan, bring a form of payment to cover the cost of vaccines.

If your child has never received vaccines in North Carolina, please schedule an appointment with Cabarrus Health Alliance to receive immunizations at our Kannapolis site by calling 704-920-1205.
