Overview 

 

Students can sometimes feel overwhelmed by test anxiety. We will explore the very real force of test stress, where it comes from, how to recognize it and practical thing we can do to help reduce children's test anxiety. We will also review helpful web resources and effective strategies including things we can do the night before a test. Please join us as Hickory Ridge Middle School Counselor Glinda Meadows leads this informative and engaging session.
