October is National Bullying Prevention Month 10/01/2020
Every October, individuals from across the nation—and around the world—unite with the powerful message that bullying should never be a part of childhood. National Bullying Prevention Month is a nationwide campaign founded in 2006 by PACER’s National Bullying Prevention Center.
Every day thousands of young people experience bullying from their peers while at school, after school in their neighborhoods, and even when they are at home, through social media and texts. This is a great time for schools, organizations, and individuals to raise awareness about bullying and the role we all play in making a difference. The campaign unites communities around the world to educate and raise awareness of bullying prevention
Cabarrus County Schools is proud to join in this annual effort. Throughout the month, CCS students and staff will initiate and participate in many activities and events designed to encourage kindness and inclusion. #ccschoosekindness2020
