School Social Workers make positive change!
Our school social workers are change agents and serve as a vital link between home, school and the community. They are specially trained to focus on the whole child and to look at factors beyond the classroom that influence learning. School Social Workers strive every single day to reduce barriers to education and improve outcomes for children and families. They offer a range of services for students including crisis intervention, mental health support, combating homelessness, connecting to community resources and addressing student truancy.
We would like to take this opportunity to express our sincerest gratitude for their passion, commitment and dedication to creating positive change in the lives of children and families.
