Voluntary Accident Insurance

Important Notes from the Provider:

  • The Premium noted in the Voluntary Brochure is for coverage from the day after payment for enrollment is processed until 8/31/2022 or the first day of school in 2022 (whichever comes first).
  • Students and Employees can enroll at any time during the year.
  • If the student enrolls online, they will receive a Confirmation of Coverage upon payment processing. It will be automatically emailed to the participant, and they can click the link provided on the site after all documents are created.
  • Keep in mind that this is limited coverage, and it is likely that it will not pay for all services. It is meant to supplement the student’s primary insurance or to provide some coverage should the student not have any insurance at all.
