In order to repair your broken device, you will need to fill out a help ticket found at the linked image below. You will login with your child's email and password. Teachers use your CCS credentials. Then describe what is wrong and submit the ticket. We will set up a way to exchange the broken device for a loaner device so that your child can continue learning.
