    Dates:  April 6th-8th, 2022
    Cost:  $500 per student:  this price includes transportation, lodging, all attractions, ALL meals, and $50 driver gratuity for their services.

    Payment Dates

    You can pay online, with checks made out to CCGMS, or with cash.

    November 15, 2019 - $150

    If you are in need of financial assistance, please complete this scholarship interest form. Upon receiving this form, your student will be given information regarding fundraisers and the scholarship application. If you have questions regarding scholarships, please contact

    Fundraising Opportunities

    The students will be able to participate in multiple fundraising opportunities between September and December. Students will be able to use the money raised while fundraising to help offset the cost of the trip. Information and specific dates will be sent home with students and it is their responsibility to share the information with parents.

    Eligibility Requirements
    1. A student must not have been placed in Out of School Suspension (OSS).
    2. A student must have no more than one placement in In School Suspension (ISS).
    3. A student may not have more than three referrals resulting in time spent in the Responsibility Room (RR), After School Detention (ASD), or lunch detention, as assigned by an administrator (three referrals do not disqualify a student, four referrals do).

    The school's administration has the final decision regarding the eligibility of any student.

    The eligibility requirements will become effective on September 20, 2021 and will run until the day of the trip.
