Welcome to my school webpage! A little bit about me...
I am currently in my 7th year of teaching within the Exceptional Children's department. This is my 5th year at Northwest. I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Special Education from UNC-Charlotte, where I played baseball for 4 years as well (Go NINERS!). I thoroughly enjoy teaching young people and creating a positive learning environment for my students. I know that the beginning of this school year may not be ideal, but I'm excited about the challenge. I strongly believe that with perseverance, a positive attitude, and downright grit, any goal can be achieved! Last bit about me, I also enjoy staying active by playing golf, bowling, traveling, attending concerts, playing with my 2 kids, and attending Elevation Church. I look forward to our experiences together this school year!
