Mrs. Kenya Winecoff

Dear Parents and Students,

Welcome to my Health Sciences/AOHS Web Page. I am originally from Orange, VA and have been in North Carolina for 10 years. I began my nursing career 13 years ago and have done both NICU and public health nursing. I graduated from Howard University School of Nursing in Washington, DC.

I love nursing and helping people is my passion. If someone had said I would become a teacher I would not have believed them. My mother was an educator for over forty years and never would I have thought that I would follow that path as well. But here I am and I am excited to be a part of your students lives and hope to help shape them into successful healthcare professionals.
I will give nothing less then 100% and I expect nothing less from my students. Hard work is a two way street and you will get back what you put in.  Please do not hesitate to call or email me with any questions or concerns. I look forward to a wonderful year with you and your student.
