Welcome to Living & Learning for grades 3, 4, and 5. My name is Rachel Franco and I am the teacher along with teacher assistants Linda Helms and Debbie Kinley. I have been teaching for 14 years, and this is my 8th year teaching at WM Irvin Elementary. I graduated from UNC Charlotte with a BA in Special Education.
