All seniors need to complete this survey before they graduate. We use this information to send your final transcript to the school that you are attending.
All students who need a schedule change for 2017-2018 MUST complete this google form. The schedule change deadline is May 31st for completing this form. Counselors will be looking at schedules throughout the summer. Counselors will email you (please give a correct email address) when your schedule has been corrected or with any questions. Please only fill out this form once.
All students are asked to fill out the above form to help the counseling department plan for next year. It should take no more than five minutes.
