I'm looking forward to a wonderful 2020-2021 school year. I believe in building a strong classroom community. We will work collaboratively in small groups and with partners (while doing our best to social distance).
A little about myself:
This will be my 9th year teaching 3rd grade. I graduated from UNCC with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Elementary Education for k-6 and a Social Studies concentration.
*I'm married with 2 children ( a boy and a girl).
*I grew up in Ohio, but have also lived in Maryland and Florida.
*I have a dog, 2 cats, and a rabbit.
*My favorite color is pink.
*I love dark chocolate and gourmet jelly beans (Jelly Belly).
*In my free time, I love to read, go to the beach, and spend time with family and friends.
