 ABOUT ME:

Welcome to the Virtual Academy! My name is Christin McDowell and I'm very excited to be here for my 2nd year teaching Social Studies and super excited to add Creative Writing to the mix! Prior to joining the team at CVA I was a high school English teacher for 13 years. When I'm not teaching, I enjoy hanging out with my rescue Foxhound, Copper, gardening, reading, and writing (particularly with fountain pens).
