Mrs. Tina Platek

My name is Tina Platek and I am the broadcasting/video journalism teacher.  I am originally from Erie, Pennsylvania and attended Baldwin-Wallace College in Berea, Ohio for a Bachelor's Degree in English.  I have been at Robinson since my graduation in 2005. 
I obtained my National Board Certification in English in November of 2011 in English.  I have also attended trainings county wide and through the JOMC at Chapel Hill on Broadcasting and video editing.
In the summer of 2017 I won a grant from Miriam and Robert Hayes Charitable Trust with a trip to Germany.

  • As we prepare for the 2019/2020 Fall Semester closing.  I ask students to prepare for the exam by exploring our notes from past months and conitnue to use class time wisely to practice and fine tune our skills learned this semster.
