Welcome to the Royal Oaks Elementary Launch Pad!(This is our library and makerspace program.)
Degrees and Certifications:
Mrs. Sherri Kilby
I am the Library Media Coordinator at ROES. I have been teaching for 29 years (ten as a classroom teacher) and still love having the opportunity to connect with students each week. I have an Elementary Education Teaching Degree, a Master's in Library and Information Skills and my National Board Certification, twice renewed.
I will be teaching the students library classes and makerspace activities.
I am the Battle of the Books Coach for elementary and middle school.
Keep up those skills over the summer by reading every day!
"Imagine your story!" is the theme for the Cabarrus County Public Library's summer reading program. Students may visit Concord, Harrisburg, Kannapolis, and or Mount Pleasant Public Libraries and enjoy some wonderful activities and check out some great books. Everything is FREE and students may register in person or online beginning June 15, 2020.
Have a great summer!
