    We are finishing our Math unit- Number relationships between and among 1-20.  

     

    Review at home decomposing numbers to 10, representing addition within 10, find the number that makes a 10.

     

    Review 2D and 3D shapes as well as count to 100 from any number.

    · Is this a fiction or non-fiction book? How do you know?

    1- Now tell me what this book was about (beginning, middle, and end) They should include at least 2 details for each.

    2- What is the main idea of this book? What are the important details that go with the main idea?

    3- If a fiction book- Who are the characters? Where is the setting?

    4- Turn to page ____, how does the picture help you understand the text (words) better?

    5- Draw the events in the story (important details)

    6- Draw the characters and the setting.

    7- If you were the author, how would you change the ending? Draw or write a new ending to this story.
