Degrees and Certifications:

Mrs. Wendy Raffaldt

I am a Kindergarten teacher at Winecoff.  This will be my 34th year of teaching.  I graduated from UNCC with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and K-6 Elementary Education.

I am married with two children and two grandsons. My husband, Randy, owns a dump truck company that keeps us quite busy.  Victoria is an RN at CMC-Northeast in the Levine Cancer Center.  She has a son named McConnor who is in 5th grade here at Winecoff.  Victoria got married this past November to Brian and he has a son named Colton.  Andrew is a sophomore at UNCC studying Exercise Science.  I enjoy watching the boys play baseball, camping, reading and shopping.  I LOVE teaching kindergarten and truly feel this is my calling.  I am looking forward to a great year with you and your child! So excited to be a part of the Dual Immersion class again this year!  This will be my 4th year teaching with Mrs. Baccalini.  We make a great team!

Thank you for entrusting your child to us here at Winecoff. I know it will be..."A Year to Remember"!
