    Last Day Friday:

Maggie Moore
  • I was born in Brooklyn, New York, but I was raised in Charlotte, North Carolina, and my family and I have been there ever since! I graduated from UNC-Greensboro in 2010, with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education, a concentration in Math, and a Minor in English. I started my teaching career here at Patriots STEM straight out of college. I taught first grade for two years before moving up to third grade where I remain today!

A few of my favorite things include:

    • Spending time with my parents, friends, my husband, Brady and our dogchild, Maggie
    • Reading, musicals, traveling, relaxing on the beach and practicing my violin named Violet
    • Gummy Bears, peanut M&Ms, Kit Kats, Reeses, Skittles, Snickers and 100 Grand Bars
    • Root Beer, Cream Soda, Cheerwine, Dr. Pepper, seltzer and hot tea
    • Shopping at Amazon, Target, Amazon, Walmart, Scholastic... and Amazon
    • McAlisters, Viva Chicken, Panera, Olive Garden, Chic-fil-a and Starbucks

I'm very excited to be working with you and your child on Reading, Language Arts and Social Studies at Patriots STEM Elementary!

Together with Ms. Cooper (your child's Math and Science teacher above), I hope we can all have a successful, fun filled year! :-)
