About Mrs. Pace
Degrees and Certifications:
Mrs. Cathy Pace
I am very excited to be starting my 7th year teaching at Patriots Elementary School! This is my 30th year teaching in Cabarrus County Schools. In my teaching career, I have taught first, second and fourth grades. Before coming to Patriots, I taught at Harrisburg, Winecoff, and Mt. Pleasant Elementary.
I graduated from Ball State University with a B.S. Degree in Elementary Education with a Kindergarten Endorsement and the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Master’s Degree in Reading Education.
I have lived in the Harrisburg area for the past 30 years and grew up in the Indianapolis, Indiana area. My husband, Alan, and I have three children. We have twin daughters, Claire and Hillary. They graduated from North Carolina State University and have begun thier careers in the Charlotte area. Claire is teaching at Patriots Elementary as an AU teacher and Hillary is working in the banking industry. Our son, Reid, is in his sophomore year at UNC at Charlotte.
I look forward to teaching your child this year and together I know we can make a successful team!
An email or a note in your child's Communication Folder is the best way to contact me:)704-455-1882I generally do not answer my office phone during the school day because I don't want phone calls to interrupt our learning day.
