Parents and students,Welcome to Mr. Kozloff's Webpage! Please check out tabs for Google Classroom Codes, how to communicate online with teachers, and the Explorer weekly schedule, all located on the tabs to the left of my homepage!! I have all students logged in properly, so congrats to all!! Please be aware their are tabs in Google Classroom, and the Classwork is under Classwork! See below:Have your student text all of their friends and get this info to tham, as some are still confused as to where assignments are located!! We will begin new instruction this week, we are on holiday for Easter as of April 10th- stay tuned for full details! Each day, students need to log into Google Classroom (GC) and see their lesson, notes and assignment for the day under the Classwork Tab. Also I will be creating videos on the "Video" tab for lessons this week in addition to GC, along with paper copies already listed on the webpage under "Homework" tab. If you have access to a printer, please watch video and you may complete lesson on paper, however I will crete a GC form for all answers to be submitted. My expectation is for all students to use this form.PLEASE do not panic during these unprecidented times, we will all get through this crisis and get back to normal soon!Make-up work and late work is the responsibility of the student, NOT the teacher. I can remind, I can help your child to remember, however the ultimite responsibility is for the student to learn and take responsibility for their work. Please help to make this a learning experience. They all have access to PowerSchool, as do you the parent, and you both have the ability to check grades and missing work. Thank you for your understanding..............Have a nice week............ALEKSALEKS continues this school year 2019-2020I will go over expectations with students on Thursday, please ask them the ALEKS story before emailing teachers, your child knows the story:Please note, knowledge checks do not count for any topics- they will become part of the process to master topics. Students must learn 10 topics a week, not counting a knowledge check.Normally, ALEKS is 10 topics learned every week, Friday thru Thursday!! All students were given a login and password, and their ID is the password from last year or new this year. I will no longer allow students to "catch up" on these 10 topics, so please make certain they are doing the work every week.Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend! Please email any question or concerns.Scott Kozloffph: 704 455 1331Mavericks take C.A.R.E. of Mavericks!!
