    ADMINISTRATION

    Mr. Russ Snyder, Principal

    Mount Pleasant Tigers,

Mount Pleasant High School has a deep sense of pride and tradition that sets us apart from other schools. I am excited to be principal at Mount Pleasant High School with an outstanding staff to serve the students, faculty, and community.

After high school I obtained my bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a master's degree in School Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I'm married to my wife, Liz, and we have two children, Ryan and Emma.

Mount Pleasant has a caring staff of hard working teachers who are dedicated to the education of your children. The high school years are critical in providing students an opportunity to prepare academically and socially for success in college and their future careers. We will provide your student with the best instructional practices, team building opportunities, and individual attention that will ensure they are prepared to face the challenges after high school and beyond!

Please feel free to contact me anytime with questions or concerns. We look forward to a wonderful 2020-2021 school year.

    Go Tigers!
