Degrees and Certifications:

Ms. Noel Ali

My name is Noel Ali and this is my fifth year teaching Art in a traditional school setting. Prior to this, I did studio art lessons with K-12 students. I have experience with children of all ages- four years of Elementary Art and two years of Middle School. I am very excited to be a part of CMS Miner team this year and am certain it will be a great one!

I graduated from Jay M. Robinson High School, a part of Cabarrus County Schools. After that, I did two years at CPCC before transferring to UNC Charlotte. At UNCC I earned my Fine Arts Degree and NC teaching licensure for K-12 students. I wanted to be an Art teacher for as long as I could remember and it is absolutely what I am meant to do.

I have had my art in several exhibitions, although it has been quite some time. I currently have  few pieces hanging at Noda bodega and at Oso Skate park. I am hoping to show personal work again soon. When I am not at school I enjoy hiking, live music, gardening, and exploring my city, especially if there is a secondhand or antique store involved!
