Hi Trojans!  My name is Hopelyn Ford, and I am so excited to be returning to Northwest Cabarrus after student teaching here in Spring 2021. I graduated from UNC Charlotte in 2021 with a Bachelor’s in Special Education and a minor in Child and Family Development.  While I started my teaching career this past fall at East Lincoln High School, I am happy to say I have gone full circle and returned to Northwest to continue my teaching journey. I just recently got married to my husband Andrew, and am a mom to four cats: Ekuk, Stormie, Paprika, and Pepper. When I am not teaching, I enjoy reading, playing video games, spending time with family, or going to the beach and Carowinds.
