Mr. Jordan V. White

Mr. Jordan V. White is originally from Charleston County, South Carolina, but performed his educational duties in Charlotte, North Carolina. He attended Central Piedmont Community College where he obtained his Associate's degree in Fine Arts Education. He then attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, obtaining his Bachelor of  Music in Music Education with a concentration in Choral/General Music and a minor in Psychology focused on Educational Learning.

Mr. White has taught various levels of music in Choral, Piano, and Guitar from K-12 and even at the collegiate level. Mr. White now serves as the new Choir Director for the HRHS Music Department.

When he is not teaching, Mr. White is a performing poet in the Charlotte area; he is also a youth minister and minister of music. Mr. White has also served as assistant choir director for two award-winning Gospel Choirs in the Greensboro area. 

Mr. White is still an active member of the National Association for Music Educators (North Carolina Music Educators Association). He is also a member of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People. Mr. White is a brother of the National Music Fraternity of Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia OASAASLLS!
