In order for students to view their grades in PowerSchool, they must log in via their NC IAM account. Students must first claim their account, which most students have done already. STUDENTS ONLY CLAIM THEIR ACCOUNT ONCE, SO IF YOU CLAIMED IT LAST YEAR YOU DON'T NEED TO DO IT AGAIN. For those students who haven't claimed their account, please see the directions below. Students can access their PowerSchool grades by going to my.ncedcloud.org and logging into their NC IAM account. Directions for that are below.The student user name is their student ID number. The password is set by the student when they claim their account.If you are using the PowerSchool App, the process is the same. Download the app, search for Cabarrus County Schools, and then you will be directed to the NC IAM log in page.

Student Help Ticket - Instructions
If you have an issue with your Chromebook please submit a help ticket. Don't forget to check your email or login back in to the Help Ticket site daily for updates to your issue as well as getting notified if you need to turn in your chromebook for repairs and be issued a different device. Here is an example of what you might see if we need you to respond back to a ticket.
Once you have been told in the work order to turn your device for exhange and that there is a device ready for you then you may come to the Front Office to drop-off the broken device and receive a working device on Monday-Friday between the hours of 7:00-2:45. You will speak to the front office through the intercom and tell them that you have a device ready for an exchange. We will notify you over the phone and email if there are any fees that will be assessed. For more information on fees click here.
