This is my sixth year teaching at MPHS! I graduated with a B.S. in Athletic Training from Appalachian State University. Upon graduation, I worked for Atrium Health as an athletic trainer at a high school in Charlotte. I have completed the lateral entry process to obtain my teaching license. I am married, have two dogs, and love to travel to the mountains to hike.
1st period (7:15 a.m. - 8:35 a.m.): Planning
2nd period (9:40 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.): Health/PE
3rd period (11:05 a.m. - 12:50 p.m.): Sports Medicine 3
Lunch (11:05 p.m. - 11:35 p.m.): A Lunch
4th period (12:55 p.m. - 2:15 p.m.): Sports Medicine 1

Club Information: I host an open gym club on Mondays during Tiger Time. Students must wear appropriate shoes (tennis shoes) and are expected to be up and playing. Students have a variety of sports options to choose from.
