About Me:

Hello, students and families! My name is Mr. Polischak and I will be teaching 7th grade Mathematics for my first year at Concord Middle School. I graduated from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a bachelor's degree in Middle Grades Education with concentrations in Mathematics and English/Language Arts.I am excited to get to know each and every one of you as we move to an online environment. However, just because we are distance learning, does not mean that I will be distant. I have provided my contact information down below and will be as timely with responses as I can.
