Mr. Chad Wilson

I am a product of moving around, because my father was in the Air Force and my time in the Army. I have lived in t NC since I was 12, although my family have been here since 1770. I went to Northwest Cabarrus and graduated in 1993. After some time as a motorcycle mechanic and unsuccesful bike racer, I joined the Army and have been to a number of different countries. Once back home I worked as a paramedic in both Mecklenburg and Cabarrus counties for almost 12 years. I decided to use my GI Bill and follow my heart into teaching. I graduated in 2016 from UNCC with honors. I taught at Kannapolis Middle School for a few years, before joining the Mount Pleasant Middle School family. I believe that my life experiences helps me relate to all different types of people. My life experiences help when teaching as I can bring practical examples to the students when they are wanting to know "why".

For the forseeable future there will not be online live teaching. Please see Ms. Eudy's email concerning this matter. All assignments and lessons for ELA will be found in CANVAS. All lessons are under the "Announcements" tab and all assingments can be found under the "Assignments" tab. If you need to get in touch please email me with any questions or concerns. If your student needs assistance and a video conference is needed, please email me and a time can be scheduled during office hours. Please know that it may take up to 24 hours to resond to emails.  Any emails or request for a video conference sent after 4:05 pm. may not be answered until the next day.
