Hi Gryphons! 

I'm beginning my fifth year in education, my third year teaching middle school and my first year at C. C. Griffin Middle School. I graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelors in Exercise Science, and I went back to receive my teaching certification in middle grades science. While I'm new to Cabarrus County, I've lived in the Charlotte - Concord area for about 5 years. I enjoy baking and spending time with my husband, Byron, and 4-year-old daughter, Arya. Our family grew at the end of last school year when we welcomed baby Jonathan in May. We're enjoying our new edition!
