Ms. Jessica Boucher
Welcome to J.N. Fries! My name is Jessica Boucher (pronounced like voucher with a b). You can also call me Ms. B if that's easier! I am so excited to be your English Language Arts teacher this year. Originally, I am from New Haven, Connecticut. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Connecticut (UConn! Go Huskies!) and a Master of Science degree in Education from the University of New Haven. For the past six years, I have been teaching eighth grade English Language Arts outside of Hartford, Connecticut. Before that, I taught seventh, ninth, and twelfth grade for a short period of time. I am very excited to embark on this sixth grade adventure.
My husband, Eric, and I live in Charlotte with our Puggle, Peanut, who looks more like a pug than a beagle. Visit her Instagram page @puggishpeanut for daily updates!
