Hello Students! 

Welcome to my physical and health education class! My name is Justin Metcalf ( Coach Metcalf to my students), and this is my third year at J N Fries and my eighth year in education. I also serve as the school's athletic director, so if you have any questions regarding athletics, I'm your guy.
