Welcome to my 7th Grade ELA classroom!  Although in my 18th year of teaching, I am brand new to CC Griffin Middle School this year.  I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mississippi, and I earned a Master's Degree in Middle Grades Education from Appalachian State University.  I am certified to teach elementary school as well as all four academic subject areas in Middle School.

I have a husband and a cute little terrier mixed dog named Peppa to greet me once I return home each day.  I'm a HUGE sports fan!!!  My Fall/Winter fav is college football Mississippi State University #HAILSTATE  #STARKVEGAS. My NFL team is the Denver Broncos even though I'm known to also be a Green Bay Packers fan.  Other interests of mine are cooking, watching movies and Netflix, and playing board games.  I can be super competitive.
