I was born and raised in Concord, North Carolina. I have been training in dance for over 26 years in multiple styles including ballet, lyrical, hip hop, contemporary, jazz, african dance, tap, and musical theatre. I graduated from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Dance and a minor in Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Dance Education with a K-12 Certification in 2015 from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.  I have been teaching in the public school system for 5 years creating lesson plans that integrate the arts into general education curriculum.  I am currently entering my seventh season teaching at Expressions Dance Studio in Denver, NC.
