I grew up in Harrisburg, and graduated from Central Cabarrus.  After high school, I graduated from UNC Charlotte with a Bachelors degree in History, and then a Masters Degree in Middle grade social studies education.  When I am not at school, I spend my time with my husband and two daughters- Peyton and Maggie, and my two fur babies- Cooper, and Riggs.  This will be my third year teaching at CCGMS.  I am excited to be teaching sixth grade, and am looking forward to this year!!
