2019-2020 Bethel Science Fair

ALL 5th grade students are required to complete a Science Fair project, alone, with a partner, or a group no more than 3 people. 5th graders may do more than one Science Fair Project if they so desire. All Research Plans will be submitted to their homeroom teacher for approval.
K-4 may choose to do a Science Fair Project as well and will follow the same guidelines as above and the same important due dates. They will submit their Research Plan to Mrs. Parnell for approval.
The Bethel Elementary School Science Fair for the 2019-2020 school year will be held on Tuesday, December 10, 2019. All entries will be set up in the cafeteria at the end of the day on the 10th. Parents can stop in anytime between 6:00-7:00 to see their child, and other children's, Science Fair projects.
**Projects are due Friday, November 22, 2019 for classroom level judging. The top contestants will then move on to the school level judging on Tuesday, December 10, 2019.**
Projects are to be completed at home. There will be additional guidance periodically at school; research best practices during Media with Mrs. Shulman, "How-to" write an abstract in Computer Lab with Mrs. Glosson, etc.
Tri-fold boards can be purchased at Bethel, in the office, starting in October for $3.00. Please bring in exact change for the Tri-fold board.
