2018-2019 Bethel Science Fair
ALL 5th grade students are required to complete a Science Fair project, alone, with a partner, or a group no more than 3 people. 5th graders may do more than one Science Fair Project if they so desire. All Research Plans will be submitted to their homeroom teacher for approval.
K-4 may choose to do a Science Fair Project as well and will follow the same guidelines as above and the same important due dates. They will submit their Research Plan to Mrs. Parnell for approval.
The Bethel Elementary School Science Fair for the 2018-2019 school year will be held on Tuesday, December 11, 2018. All entries will be set up in the cafeteria at the end of the day on the 11th. Parents can stop in anytime between 5:30-6:30 to see their child, and other children's, Science Fair prjects.
**Projects are due Tuesday, November 20, 2018 for classroom level judging. The top contestants will then move on to the school level judging on Wednesday, December 6, 2018.**
Projects are to be completed at home. There will be work sessions periodically at school, dates TBD, with students bringing in their materials to work on during that work session.
Tri-fold boards can be purchased at Bethel, starting in October, for $3.00. Please bring in exact change for the Tri-fold board.
