Coach Speight

Welcome to my page. My name is Quante' Speight (Sp-8) and I am excited to be returning as a Noble Knight for the 2018-19 school year. I take great pride in my dual roles as the Athletic Director and a Health/PE Teacher. This will be my 2nd year as a Knight as I come to J.N. Fries after spending my first 7 years teaching, coaching, and administering athletics for Middle & High Schools in Guilford County Schools in the Greensboro/High Point, NC area. Before and throughout that time, I have also gained experience working in Parks and Recreation for over 10 years.

My goal as a member of the J.N. Fries faculty is to be a valuable asset in running a fun and dynamic physical education department while offering a student-center education-based athletics experience. If for any reason you need to contact me, please see info listed on this page.

Please stay up-to-date on athletics at J. N. Fries by checking our Athletic Website: https://www.cabarruscountyathletics.com/jnfriesms
