Upcoming Kindergarten Popsicles and Playground

  • Upcoming Kindergarten students and their families are invited to come to Beverly Hills STEM Elementary on Thursday, August 16th for a night of fun!! We will start our evening with Popsicles and Playground from 5:30 PM – 6:00 PM.  We will meet in the Media Center and make our way down to the playground! Immediately following, we will have a question and answer session in the Media Center from 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM.  You will meet the Beverly Hills Kindergarten team as well as learn about Beverly Hills procedures and Kindergarten expectations in order to help your child to be successful during the 2018-2019 school year.

    Your child’s school supplies will be delivered to the school free of charge and on their desk by the first day of school. Hurry! Our sale ends on June 15th. (After that, supplies can be ordered and sent home but you will pay for shipping.)

2018-2019 Kindergarten Registration

  • Registration
    Any child who reaches the age of five years old on or before August 31, 2018 is eligible to register for Kindergarten. Registration is completed at the Beverly Hills STEM Elementary.
    When registering for kindergarten, you will need the following documents:
    1. Photo ID of Parent/Legal Guardian
    2. Child's Birth Certificate with Parent name(s)
    3. Child's Immunization Record
    4. Proof of Domicile (2 required) 
    5. Kindergarten Health Assessment and Immunizations: This is required by North Carolina Statute. Students who do not have this completed after 30 days following the start of school will not be allowed to attend until the requirements are met. All schools and local physicians are aware of the requirements and have the proper forms that are needed for documentation.

VEX Summer Robotics Camp

  • Registration is now open for VEX Robotics Summer Camps! Students ages 8-14 will work in pairs to build and program a Vex Robot while improving their communication and collaboration skills. Please click here to see the available camps and to register online. Camps are being offered at J.M. Robinson HS, CC Griffin MS, Northwest Cabarrus MS, and Coltrane Webb ES.
