Hello! I am Mrs. Diem Fletcher and this is my 27th year with Cabarrus County Schools. I graduated from Independence High School and then received my mathematics degree with a teaching certification in secondary education from UNC-Charlotte. I taught at Northwest Cabarrus Middle School for 10 years, then CC Griffin Middle for 4 years, and then Hickory Ridge High School for 10 years. This is my third year at the PLC.  I'm looking forward to a great semester with the students!  It will definitely be very different this year but we will get through it together!

Originally, I'm from Vietnam. I came to the United States in 1980 and resided in Charlotte for many years. My family and I have been living in the Harrisburg community for 19 years now. I have a daughter who is 19 years old and a son who is 17 years old.

My hobbies are baking/decorating cakes and cupcakes, watching TV, watching football (Go Carolina Panthers and UNCC 49ers!!!!), bowling, scrapbooking, solving Sudoku and jigsaw puzzles, and spending time with family and friends.  I hope to live at the beach and travel to many places when I retire.

Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.
