Ms. Webb has gone above and beyond during this year. She is extremely organized and always thinks outside of the box! Even with changing of Plans - from Plan B to Plan C - she has a smile on her face and is willing to be flexible and has a positive attitude. I can always count on her to jump in and help lift the load - even without being asked. I'm am so honored to work beside her. She is a blessing to me and our team!

Ms. Earley has done an amazing job of building relationships with students and motivating them to complete work. (All of her students know she loves pineapples!). She has smoothly transitioned from teaching science to teaching reading in 5th grade due to a staffing change. She works collaboratively with her PLC to plan meaningful lesson for students.

I am always so impressed with Ms. Plummer because she manages her classroom so well! Her students adore her and she strives to meet their needs each and every day. She is also a valuable member of our team who contributes wonderful ideas and lessons. You would never know Ms. Plummer is a beginning teacher! She loves teaching and she does it well.

Ms. Hibbert and I teach the same class and are in a PLC together and she has been such a BIG help this year. She has really grown in the content and planning process and I can tell she is a lot more comfortable and confident with sharing her ideas. I have loved having her in my PLC to bounce ideas off of and come up with new ways to access and question our students while virtual. She has come up with some awesome questions for assessments and given me a lot of ideas for questions for our students as well. I am very proud of her!

Ms. Reames is an amazing teacher. She has worked hard to form great relationships with her students. Ms. Reames is an asset to our PLC and has volunteered to create weekly slides so our grade level has cohesive Canvas pages.

Mr. Bresalier has displayed worked with his students to create cultural ornaments to place on the school's Tree of Culture for the holidays! Not only do the ornaments teach the students about other cultures and their celebrations, but it is shared with the school in the front entryway. Thanks, Mr. Bresalier, for sharing celebrations around the world!

Mrs. Prieto adds tremendous value to our second-grade team. She jumped right in at the beginning of the year helping with unit planning and became our Letterland expert.

Ms. Cecil has not gotten to experience a "normal" year as a teacher due to the Covid pandemic. She has adapted this year and created quality experiences for her students. The relationships she builds are positive. You can see the love and respect her students have for her. Finally, she creates engaging and meaningful review activities as well as daily word problems for all of our 4th grade students. She is a true team player!

Mrs. Soutar has that "it" factor that simply cannot be taught. She is adored by both students and staff. She has a smile that brightens the room and a heart for teaching. Her passion to help struggling learners is not only a benefit for the school but our community as well. The world needs more Mrs. Souter's in it!
