Mrs. Michele Regelman
My career began in New York, where I was a teaching assistant in a special needs class, while I attended school. I then taught 5th grade there for two years. I moved to North Carolina and taught 5th grade at Kannapolis Intermediate School for six and a half years.
December of 2014, I came to Odell as a 3rd-grade teacher and greatly enjoyed the group of students and parents that I had, as well as the staff! The next year, I taught 4th grade Math, Science, and Social Studies.
I taught 3rd grade Reading the year we opened this building. Four years ago, I returned to 5th grade to teach Science and Social Studies! Two subjects I enjoy teaching immensely especially here as an Odell Dragon!
I am married with two children: a son 19 and a daughter 16. We have a pomeranian, Jeter, and a guinea pig, Mateo (He is a classpet)! I love watching birds come to my feeders especially the hummingbirds and cardinals! I enjoy reading mysteries and watching crime dramas. I love popcorn and coffee (not together)!
