Basic workout!!!!
Daily
10 Push ups
10 crunches
10 air squats
10 lunges left
10 lunges right
25 second plank
10 calf raises
25 second scissor kicks
Do something five days a week and rest two days a week!!!
You should have improved on all the exercises above!!!!!
If you have not started you should include a jog 1-3 times a week. Start with a mile.
If you would like have one of the jog days be an interval training day-since football is an interval sport!!!!!
What is the concept of interval training?
Interval training is simply alternating short bursts (about 30 seconds) of intense activity with longer intervals (about 1 to 2 minutes) of less intense activity. For instance, if your exercise is walking and you're in good shape, you might add short bursts of jogging into your regular brisk walks.Jun 23, 2020
What is the main purpose of interval training?
The concept of interval training has been around for years as the basis for athletic fitness training, and helps burn more calories, increase speed, strength, endurance, and improve overall athletic performance.
