$$$ for college:
Searching for financial aid and scholarships can be confounding and stressful. Counselors recommend students do four things to look for $$$ for college.
1. Seniors should watch their email from their counselor about local scholarships and aid that come through Guidance.
2. Search your college's financial aid website for aid options. See UNC for an example.
3. Complete the FAFSA in October of their senior year.
4. Create a profile and do a scholarship search at a website like www.fastweb.com
(Above is Ms. Brown's Fall Scholarship workshop presentation)
