Welcome to Royal Oaks School of the Arts. 

My name is Dana Sbardella and this is my 11^th year teaching at Royal Oaks School of the arts.  I am very excited this school year because I will be starting a new role as the MTSS Coach this year.  Prior to this year I have been Lead Teacher for the past five years.  I have experience working with all grade levels.  Prior to joining Cabarrus County Schools, I taught kindergarten in a neighboring county.  I feel blessed to be a part of the the best staff and administration team in Cabarrus County.  I am super excited as we build our middle school and add 7th grade to our family.

Outside of school I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, reading and being outside.  I have 4 children (all boys) who keep me very busy (and happy).
