  • NC WBL Student of the Year

    Hope Bovard

Congratulations to Hope Bovard for being named the William D. Weston NC Outstanding WBL Student of the Year (for the North Carolina Work Based Learning Association--NCWBLA)

This past summer she interned at the North Carolina Music Hall of Fame (NCMHOF) where she worked alongside the NCMHOF team raising sponsorship funds for the NCMHOF Annual Induction Ceremony by reaching out to existing donors and creating new business relationships as well in the process.  Hope also provided background research and braille materials for the exhibit of NCMHOF inductee Jay Spell, who is a blind musician.
