My name is Mrs. Mullen (Carroll) and am honored to say this is my sixth year teaching here at Cox Mill High School. I will be teaching Freshmen Health and PE , and Women's Weight Training. I am originally from Scranton, Pennsylvania where I attended Lackawanna College (associates) and received my Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education with a minor in Health Education at West Chester University of Pennsylvania.

The purpose of this class is for the students to have a full understanding of the weight room and the importance of safety. They will learn the primary muscles used in any type of exercise (body weight or weighted), how to properly execute the exercise, and be able to create their own workouts once they leave my class. They will learn many different AMRAP's (As Many Rounds As Possible) which will push them to their limits and keep them in solid shape
